7/10/2026 - Fire above Tibble Fork in American Fork Canyon. For public safety, Timpooneke Campground and Mutual Dell have been evacuated, and Tibble Fork Reservoir is closed. Firefighters are making an aggressive initial attack with multiple helicopters and numerous ground firefighting resources. Cause under investigation, still 0% contained.
A small reservoir in American Fork Canyon. Heavily stocked with Rainbow Trout and very popular with families. Easy drive from Salt Lake City.
