By using fishcheat.com (“the Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. FishCheat is operated by Mike Rubart (“we,” “us”).

FishCheat aggregates publicly available data from the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, USGS, and weather services. We display this data in good faith but make no warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Fishing conditions, regulations, and access can change without notice. Always verify current regulations with the Utah DWR before fishing. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Affiliate Disclosure
FishCheat participates in affiliate advertising programs. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through links on the Site, at no additional cost to you. Gear recommendations reflect our genuine assessment of useful products for each fishing location and species.
Intellectual Property
The FishCheat name, logo, and original content (descriptions, guides, editorial copy) are owned by Mike Rubart. Data sourced from government agencies (DWR, USGS) is public domain. You may not reproduce or redistribute our original content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. FishCheat is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on fishing data displayed, or purchases made through affiliate links. Use all information at your own risk.
